Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce is a strong spicy sauce with a medium/hot heat. It is made with a vinegar base and is quite runny in consistency. The spout is quite narrow, like that of a tabasco bottle, to allow controlled pouring.
This sauce has a rich, smoky peppery taste. It is dark brown in colour and has an element of barbeque in its flavour. This would taste perfect with dark meats such as beef or pork. This will add a fantastic spicy barbeque flavour to marinades, sauces and dressings. Or, just use it on its own.
Chipotle is the name of the smoked chilli that this sauce is made from.
Ingredients:
Water, Vinegar (white and apple), sugar, peppers (chipotle, guajillo, arbol, piquin), salt, natural flavours, spices, xanthan gum, silicon dioxide, citric acid, caramel. Made in Mexico.
