1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We work hard to make sure your order arrives safely, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please tell us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we might ask for a few clear photos of the affected items, and possibly a photo of them all together. Please keep the items and their original packaging safe, as we might need them for return. Once we've verified the damage or error, we'll offer you a refund, replacement, or a voucher to make things right.
2. Cancellations:
Changed your mind? No problem! If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can easily cancel items right away by using the link in your order confirmation email. It's super quick – cancellations made this way are processed instantly, and you'll usually see your refund within one working day.
For the fastest cancellation, we highly recommend using the automated link in your confirmation email. This way, we can make sure your order doesn't get shipped out before you cancel! Just a heads-up: for wholesale or business orders, we might need to apply a small 10% cancellation fee.
3. General Returns:
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you'd like to return items, please send them back within 14 days of receiving them. We kindly ask that the items are returned in their original, unopened condition, ready for someone else to enjoy. Please take extra care when opening your parcel to avoid accidentally damaging the contents with sharp tools. Please also be aware that chilled goods, sale items, and bulk orders are not returnable.
