Chopping apricots can be a sticky and time consuming process. These ready diced unsulphured apricots are a convenient ingredient for porridge and muesli, saving you time in the morning. These apricots will add natural sweetness, fibre and other nutrients to your breakfast bowl.
The pieces of dried apricot are lightly rolled in rice flour to prevent them sticking together. This light coating of flour also stops them from sinking to the bottom of any cakes or bakes you make.
Handy for mixing your own muesli, trail mix and for adding to home made stuffing.
