1. Add them to a fruit-and-nut mix and take them to school or work. As they are sugar- free, these coconut flakes are ideal for guilt-free snacking!
2. Use these coconut flakes in a huge number of cake and dessert recipes. They work particularly well as a topping for a cake, bun or cupcake: glaze the top of the cake with a little syrup or molasses before sprinkling the flakes over the top.
