Cocoa actually has many health benefits so it's great to enjoy chocolate without the unnecessary sugar! Many of us enjoy the flavour of chocolate, so although it's not the healthiest of foods, we feel it's important to have a few treats in your diet. We have selected high quality chocolate - those with a high cocoa content and a lower level of sugar/or no refined sugar including 'raw chocolate'.
