Dried Cranberries with Pineapple Juice

These cranberries are soft and squashy yet firm enough to hold their shape. They have not been sweetened with sugar or anything artificial. Instead Pineapple juice has been used to take the edge off the cranberry's natural sharpness. A trace of sunflower oil has been used to prevent them sticking and clumping together.
