1) spread the cashews evenly onto an over tray and place in the oven on a medium heat for 5 minutes (shaking half way through to ensure even toasting!) Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
2) Mix lemon juice and BBQ seasoning well and stir into your finely chopped vegetables.
3) Stir in toasted cashes and salmon, sprinkle with Nori Flakes and serve! Alternatively refrigerate and serve chilled.
