We do not look like this!
We go to great lengths to ensure that our customer service is the best:
  • No scripts or call centres. We believe in providing a personal service and giving everything care and attention. Far too many companies have huge call centres with people reading from scripts. We prefer to respond to things in a more human-like manner, and never send template emails or scripted replies. We reply to all emails, quickly. We do not have a telephone queuing system: instead, just leave a message and someone will get back to you! Click here to contact us today.
  • We are reliable. We have reliable systems for tracking stock and and displaying likely delivery schedules.
  • We keep you informed. If there are any delays in despatching your order, we contact you before you have to contact us.
  • Proper after-sales support. We don't just take your money and run. You can contact us about your order or products you have purchased, and we will help you. We don't have a separate "sales hotline": all customers queries are treated equally, not just sales queries.
  • No funny stuff. We never tell lies or exaggerate. We admit when we have made a mistake. We take customer feedback seriously.
  • No bureaucracy. We won't pass your query "to another department". We deal with things there and then, as needed.
  • We are efficient. Having run a successful online retail operation before, we are experts in process. In particular, we ensure that all outstanding problems are dealt with, and that the computer systems are reliable and secure. All of the computer systems are programmed personally by one of the founders, Brendan Fernandes, in order to ensure that things are done correctly.
  • Easy to use site. Our site is very simple to use. For example, there is no need to log in to place an order, and bulk discounts are automatically given to all customers which saves a lot of haggling.
  • We know what our priorities are. We offer competitive prices, but never compromise customer service for the sake of price. If you buy from us, you can know that we will always answer any query that you have after you have made your purchase. We will help you cope with anything, from a missed delivery to help in using a product.
  • We understand our products. We only sell products that we understand, and regularly test products in order to help us understand your needs.
  • We actually care. It sounds cheesy, but we do actually care about what we do. We set up Healthy Supplies in order to serve the needs of health-conscious people like ourselves. We have a passion for this, and never want to let you down.
