Results from the UK National Diet and Nutrition Survey show that over the past six years we have made little improvement in encouraging our children to eat oily fish. It also shows that a worrying proportion of children and young people have low intakes of some brain-supporting nutrients. Ideally, children would obtain all the essential fatty acids they need from their diet, but where this isn't possible, EQUAZEN liquid is available as a supplement to help bridge any potential nutritional gaps.
Equazen® Liquid: Suitable for use in children aged 3 years onwards
Starting dose:Take 5 ml (equivalent to a teaspoon), 3 times daily with a meal for the first 3 months.
Maintenance dose: Take 5 ml per day thereafter.
