Freeze-dried pomegranate comes in the form of pure pomegranate kernels that are dried to 1/7 of their original weight without preservatives or sugar. They are chewier than other freeze-dried fruit on account of the seeds, but are excellently tasty and work well as a snack or in cereal.

You can rehydrate these using water if required. One 18g serving counts as one of your five-a-day, and reconstitutes to over 100g in weight.
