Raw Chocolate Brownie Cake

• Hand made with raw (un-cooked) fruit, grains, nuts and spices.
• Moist, squashy and chocolatey.
• Contains no wheat, dairy, refined sugar and no preservatives.

Gourmet Raw make their cake bars using raw fruit, vegetables, grains, seeds, nuts and spices. The food is not heated to above 40.5°C to preserve all the natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals found within each ingredient.

Taste & Texture

The Celestial Cacao Brownie is is thick, rich, chocolaty and sort of gooey. We think this is a really indulgent treat, similar in flavour and texture to a squidgy chocolate pudding - It's hard to believe this has not been baked. This could definitely be enjoyed with custard or yoghurt.

Ingredients:

Agave Nectar*, Hand Cracked Cashews*, Oats* (Stabilised above 40.5°C), Dates*, Cacao Powder* (5%), Pecans*, Raw Almond Butter*, Vanilla Powder*, Cinnamon*, Himalayan Salt. (*Organic) (Please note, oats have to be stabilised (pasteurised) before consumption, therefore they need heating over 40.5°C).
