How to use Cinnamon Quills
Cinnamon quills don't need any preparation before being used.
Use Whole: You may prefer to add a stick to custard or cream whilst it's warming, allowing the flavours to release and then sieving to remove any cinnamon pieces. Crumble or crush: Try sprinkling this cinnamon on to a fruit bake, or cake 5 minutes before it is removed from the oven. Ground: Grind the cinnamon into a powder, to add to bread recipes and other chosen recipes. You can also buy cinnamon in powder form.
