How to Use GranoVita Flax Oil

This flax oil is not designed for heating because the oil would lose many of its nutritional properties and flavour.

Instead, Flax oil can be enjoyed drizzled over cereal, porridge or part of a honey dressing. Alternatively, take it like a supplement; 3 teaspoons on its own.

(not recommended for children under 12 months old). Ideal for the vegan & vegetarian diet.
