Dried sea buckthorn is a tart, orange-coloured berry that is packed with many different vitamins and nutrients - such as vitamin A, C, E, and K as well as being a great source of essential omega-3 and omega-7 fatty acids. It's also a good source of antioxidants and flavonoids.
Our organic dried sea buckthorn berries can be used in a variety of ways. This product can be eaten on its own, added to smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal, or used to make a tea. It can also be used in baking or cooking by adding it into cookies, soups, stews and salads.
Please note our berries are dried. So they may appear as a deeper orange/red/brown colour or some may even be lighter and more yellow in colour. This is perfectly natural and normal of this product.
