Our rosemary leaves are a fantastic kitchen staple. It is packed full of strong flavour and so a pinch of leaves really goes a long way with adding a unique taste to your dishes. It's great for seasoning meat and meat alternatives, sprinkling on top of vegetables or potatoes for roasting, and adding to fries along with a dash of sea salt. You can also use a pinch or two with soups, stews, casseroles and pasta sauces to add in a warm, comforting flavour.
Our rosemary leaves can also be ground down to an almost powder, which makes it perfect for mixing into the baking process for breads or when making fresh pasta dough. This allows both the pasta and bread to already be infused with that wonderful, warm, peppery flavour.
