Black mulberries are an excellent superfood. They have a unique texture, with a subtle berry flavour and a slightly honey-ish taste. Better still, they are
nutritious, containing fibre, vitamins, minerals and
fewer calories than chocolate.
These Black Mulberries have been hand picked and immediately dried. They contain no additives.
Use instead of Blackberries in a home made crumble filling. A traditional British berry that has sadly been forgotten about and is thus hardly grown here in the UK. Larger than the Middle Eastern white variety of mulberry.
