You can reconstitute freeze dried pineapple by adding 6 parts of water to one part pineapple. 18g (dry-weight) is the equivalent of 100g of pineapple, and counts as one of your five-a-day.

Freeze dried fruit is additive-free.

  • No added sugar.
  • No preservatives.
  • 100% pineapple.
  • Tastes like the original fruit. Not like the typical shop-bought pineapple chunks.
  • 100g of freeze dried pineapple is the equivalent of around 600g of pineapple. Just the water is taken away.
  • Ideal for sprinkling and easily blended into smoothies.
