Raw Kale Chips are a must try! Don't let their appearance fool you, they are very tasty and surprisingly moreish.
Kale is a member of the cabbage family. It is very nutritious and high in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, including: vitamin K, vitamin C, lutein and B vitamins. To naturally preserve these nutrients, Inspiral have gently dehydrated the kale to give it fantastic crispy crunchiness.
Flavours
Raw Cacao and Cinnamon is the sweet version of this sensational kale snack. Sweet kale might at first sound bizarre but we urge you try them before you judge them. These crispy pieces have a chocolatey, nutty, cinnamon flavour and make a fantastic crunch as you bite down.
Cacao is the raw cocoa bean (the raw ingredient to chocolate). This snack also does not contain typical sugar. It is instead sweetened by low GI coconut sugar (which is similar to brown or muscovado sugar) plus vanilla and cinnamon spice.
There are no naughty ingredients in this - just all good stuff.
