Nakd Bars

Nakd bars are a fruit-based healthy snack made entirely from raw ingredients. Nakd bars belong to a class of foods known as "raw wholefoods". The idea behind raw wholefood is that heating food reduces its nutritional value. For this reason, Nakd bars are made entirely with non-cooked ingredients. In general, they are made just from fruit and nuts and stuff, just pressed together. Their factory is somewhere in Wales.
