Mix oats, chia seeds, cacao, 1tsp maple syrup and milk in a cup, then leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Chop the pecan nuts and toast in a dry pan. Once slightly browned and fragrant, add 2tsp maple syrup and salt, and fry until sticky.
Sprinkle pecans on top of your overnight oats. Add more topping if desired, and enjoy!
