DirectionsBarley Flakes can be used in the same way that Oat Flakes are used:
- As a muesli base or breakfast cereal. Add fruit and nuts if you like, or serve simply with milk.
- To make a thick porridge. Simply boil in water for 5 minutes, add milk and serve with fruit or honey.
