Our organic brown Manucca raisins are large, sweet and delicious. These have 1-2 seeds in each raisin, giving a contrasting crunch and slightly bitter taste that works well with the overall fruity flavour. You can enjoy these raisins as they are as they are ready to snack on. Alternatively, you can add them into trail mix and have a whole mixture of flavours and textures with these Manucca raisins alongside your favourite nuts, seeds and other fruits or pieces of coconut.
As these large raisins are so naturally sweet, you can mix these into porridge, oatmeal, yogurts/yogurt alternatives and other similar dishes to replace honeys and sweet syrups. This will provide an extra boost of fibre, along with other vitamins and minerals, that a liquidised sweetener may not be able to give.
You can also add these raisins into smoothies, blended even with the seeds, or pop them into water (still or sparkling) for a subtle sweet flavour while you're hydrating through the day.
