Pearls of Samarkand Almond Oil is made from 100% Fairtrade Organic mountain almonds, harvested from Uzbekistan. It has been cold-pressed to ensure the maximum nutritional benefits have been preserved.

This sweet nut oil can be used in a variety of dishes. Brush onto meat, vegetables or fish before grilling. It can also be used in baking, wherever cooking oil is called for. We love drizzling it onto pasta, pizza and salads for a nutty flavour!
