Dried, chopped Pennyroyal (Penny Royal) Herb

The Pennyroyal herb was used in Roman times to flavour wine and food, however nowadays it is more commonly used to make a herbal infusion, Penny Royal Tea.

It is a powerful tea said to relieve stomach upsets and reduce flatulence. Due to its strength it is recommended to be drunk in small quantities.

Steep a small amount along with another herb such as peppermint.

Ingredients:
