Aspall Cyder Vinegar is produced from whole fresh pressed apples.
Directions and Uses
Cyder vinegar is typically used in sauces. After cooking meat dishes, deglaze the pan with cyder vinegar and use to create a jus, gravy or sauce. Cyder vinegar can also be used in salad dressings or marinades.
Cyder vinegar is also often taken on its own by the spoonful. A couple of teaspoons per day is believed to have a number of nutritional benefits, including the regulation of blood sugar levels at bedtime and the balancing of PH levels within the body. It is the subject of ongoing research.
