These dried green bell peppers can be sprinkled into soups, noodle dishes, curries, casseroles, stir fries, salad dressings and even into bread dough to give that sweet and subtle green bell pepper flavour. Do note that bell peppers are not spicy and have a sweet, vegetable taste.
Directions
If you want to rehydrate the peppers, leave them to soak in water for 10-15 minutes to soften before adding them to your dish. You could add the dry green bell pepper directly to rice, pasta or cous cous as it boils and serve together.
