Our mammoth olives are the largest of the Halkidiki variety olives handpicked one by one. (100 to 110 pcs per kilo)

These beautiful olives are hand-picked from hundred-year-old olive trees located on the grounds of the Ormylia Halkidiki Monastery. The curing and preparation process is 100% free from any chemicals. It is done with sea salt and water only... and time - a laborious process of over 14 months. It dates back 4000 years; it is the original method to take the bitterness out of the olives and give them their unique flavour and firmness.

The weight of the Olives is the net product weight and not the content weight as in the olives sold in jars.
