They're also high in fibre and can help add to you reaching your fibre goal each day. Pecans are great in sweet bakes, cookies, cakes, and plenty of other dessert recipes, but they can be used in plenty of savoury bakes too - such as breads and pie making. Our pecans are in the shell still, ready for you to crack open at your own convenience and leisure.
