Avocado oil is the tasty, healthy choice for drizzling, frying, dipping and roasting!

This super versatile oil is pressed from the pulp of the Avocado and has a very high smoke point making it brilliant for high heat stir fries and general frying. Directions

Avocado oil is used as a cooking oil: use instead of vegetable oil or butter when pan-frying. You can even use it for deep-frying. Avocado oil remains stable and smoke-free even at very high temperatures. Avocado oil can also be used in salad dressings, as with olive oil.

Avocado oil is also commonly used in cosmetic treatments such as face masks and cucumbery eye treatments.
