Directions

To make peppermint tea: Use one heaped teaspoon per person. Brew in a pot and strain, or use a tea infuser.
In other drinks: This peppermint can be used in cocktails and to lift the flavour of soft drinks such as lemonade.
Other uses: Peppermint can be used as a dessert topping. Sprinkle over sorbets or fruits, or use to add a minty flavour to dessert sauces.
