These organically grown tomatoes are dried in the sun, then a little salt added as a natural preservative. We recommend pre-soaking what you need each time in cold or tepid water before adding to your recipes.

Once pre-soaked you can chop them by hand or in a food processor to make a tasty paste for pizzas or base for a red pesto. Or alternatively just add to a simple Mozzarella and Basil salad/entree.
