The Bury Black Pudding Company is the UK's leading specialist producer of black pudding. With increasing demand for a premium quality, vegetarian and vegan black pudding alternative we took up the challenge and after two years of development we are delighted to have launched our first meat-free product.
Our vegetarian/vegan black pudding has a delicious herby, peppery flavour with a firm texture and traditional dark colour. It is easy to prepare and cook; simply slice and then fry, bake, grill or microwave. Try it crumbled as a great tasting, meat-free mince alternative.
Made in our specialist production facility in Bury, by a local workforce and using environmentally conscious processes we are striving to make this a product that is ethical as well as delicious. With full approval from the Vegetarian Society and great reviews form the public and chefs alike, we think that it's just about as close as you can get to the real thing.

Water,black beans, wheat flour, ( with added calcium, iron, niacin & thiamin ), onions, pearl barley modified starch,wheat starch,oatmeal,vegatable fat,( palm ,sunflower), barleyflour, spices,salt,malted barley, mixed herbs, yeast extract, raising agent:ammonium hydrogen carbonate.
