Natural Magnesium Powder

Mag365 magnesium powder is a proprietary process that provides a source of highly absorbable, effective, fast-acting water-soluble magnesium in ionic form. It is 100% natural magnesium and helps to both restore healthy magnesium levels and balance your calcium intake, including dissolving any excess calcium in the body. The result of this is natural stress relief.

Magnesium supports normal healthy nervous system and muscle function. It also contributes to the maintenance of healthy normal bones and teeth. Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4g (2 teaspoons) per day.

Directions

Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Intake can be taken at one time or split into 2 or 3 portions and taken throughout the day.
