Our organic ground basil is a great kitchen essential as it can be used in many different recipes, but it will also last that bit longer with its ground, milled consistency. You don't need to add much when cooking with basil in this form, as the flavour is just as powerful, if not more, compared to fresh leaves or even dried, chopped basil.

You can use this in any kind of dish that you want - whether it's savoury or sweet - though it typically works best with tomato-based dishes. Sprinkle on top of pizzas, salads or omelettes.
