Experience the time-honoured power of White Willow Bark. Sourced from the inner bark of the white willow tree, this herbal treasure is renowned for its high content of salicin, a compound with anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

White Willow Bark can be brewed into a comforting tea, providing a soothing and earthy flavour that complements its therapeutic benefits. It may help with relieve headaches, muscle soreness, or joint discomfort, making this a potential alternative to synthetic pain relief.

100% natural and free from additives, our White Willow Bark is your natural ally for everyday comfort and well-being.

Directions

  • Use about 1-2 teaspoons of dried white willow bark per cup of water.
  • Bring fresh water to a rolling boil.
  • Pour the boiling water over the dried willow bark in a teapot or mug.
  • Allow the tea to steep for 10-15 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the taste will be.
  • If desired, strain the tea to remove the bark particles.
  • Add honey or lemon to taste, as the tea can be bitter.
  • Have no more than 3 cups per day.

Note: White willow bark tea has a bitter taste. You may want to experiment with different steeping times to find your preferred strength.

Important: Due to its potential interactions with medications, it's crucial to consult a healthcare professional before consuming white willow bark tea.
