Balance Activ tubes contain a Lactic Acid based gel which provides an easy and effective method to rebalance vaginal pH. The specially shaped tube is partially inserted into the vagina, and the gel is dispensed by gently squeezing the soft tube.
Balance Activ is best used just before going to sleep, as this allows the gel time to settle in the vagina during the night.
The gel can be used to treat Bacterial Vaginosis, as well as maintain the health of the vagina during a course of antibiotics. Some women notice odour, discomfort and unusual discharge regularly, around the time of their period and Balance Activ can assist with relieving these symptoms too.
