Pure, Medical Grade Epsom Salts

  • Creates a soothing and detoxifying bath soak.
  • Helps to relax tired, stiff and aching muscles.
  • An excellent bath soak to aid recovery after sport and exercise.
  • A key ingredient in bath bombs.

Directions for Use

Dissolve in a bath of 37-39°c and soak for 20 minutes. For aching muscles use 200g-1kg of salt per regular sized bath.
Ingredients
Magnesium Sulphate.

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as over time salt can attract moisture. Do not use on broken skin and avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
