Roasted, shelled pistachio kernels

These pistachio kernels have been shelled and then roasted. They are perfect to eat as a snack and have no additives whatsoever.

Pistachios are used to garnish and add a savoury, nutty crunch to pasta and salads. These roasted pistachios will lend an richness and depth to your cooking, whether that be sweet or savoury.

Other ways of using these pistachios

  • Grind down in a coffee grinder to make a flour and mix with almond flour for tasty macaroons.
  • Roughly chop and add to stuffing or nut roast.
  • Roughly crush and mix with breadcrumbs, mustard and a little honey to coat chicken or pork beofre frying or baking.
  • Use instead of raw, unroasted nuts in your baking, such as in a honey and pistachio cake.
