Depending on how your food is stored, it has the potential to be good enough to eat for a long time after this date.
All food found on this page are either part of our Combat Food Waste campaign or are close to their Best Before date, or past their Best Before date, or close to their use by date (but never past!). These products are still absolutely safe to eat. The Best Before date (BBD), sometimes shown as BBE (Best Before End), is about quality and not safety. After the Best Before date listed on a product, the food will be safe to eat, but may not be at its best. Similarly products that are close to, but not past their use by dates are also safe to eat.
