This macadamia nut spread is made entirely from raw organic macadamias and nothing else. That means no added sugar, no added salt and no other additives. Macadamia nut paste has a naturally sweet taste and works well in cake fillings as desserts, as well as a spread.

Rich in omega oils and mono-unsaturates (good fats) as well as vitamins and minerals such as Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Vitamin E and B Vitamins. These macadamia nuts are raw and have not been heated at all during processing, so retain their nutritional value.

Directions

  • As a spread: Use this macadamia butter as an alternative to peanut butter. This spread is completely healthy as it contains no added sugar, no added fat, and indeed nothing but macadamia nuts! Spread on toast for an excellent alternative to other nut-based spreads.
  • In cakes and desserts: Macadamia nut butter makes an excellent alternative to hazelnut paste or almond paste. Use to fill the middle layer of cakes, or in home-made chocolates, or mixed with ice-cream.
