Kara Coconut Drink is a drinkable form of coconut milk. Commonly we associate coconut milk with the thick creamy stuff available in tins at the supermarkets, but Kara is not like that.

Kara Coconut Drink is virtually fat free, and the fats that are present in the milk are essential good fatty acids found naturally in coconuts. These fats are not stored by the body and are instead utilised by the body for healthy cell function and energy.

Taste and Consistency

This coconut milk is smooth, white in colour and subtle in flavour. It behaves very much like cows milk, and actually clings to the side of the glass in much the same way. When tasted, this drink has only the very slightest hint of coconut and is in actual fact more similar in flavour to skimmed cows milk. You could use this in your tea or on your breakfast instead of dairy milk.
