Organic Jun-Kombucha - Lemon & Ginger

Light, refreshing, sparkling with warm citrus hints and a gingery kick - the Champagne of kombucha.
Thought to have originated in Tibet, jun kombucha is similar to kombucha but uses honey for fermentation rather than sugar. This lemon kombucha is light, refreshing and oh-so-good.
Green tea, honey and a SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast - don't worry, we take that out eventually) are combined with double-filtered water and natural ingredients to create a vitamin and enzyme rich, amazing green tea drink, full of beneficial live bacteria. Enjoy it. Every day.
