Premium Macadamia Oil

Macadamia Oil has the perfect ratio between high Omega 3 and low Omega 6 fatty acids, yielding it one of the healthiest oils in the world. Macadamia oil is rich in Antioxidants: Vitamin E, Oleic and Palmitoleic Acid, which is good for immune support, inflammation, the regeneration of cells and helps neutralise free radicals that cause oxidation in the body.

It consists of 81% mono-saturated fat, the highest percentage of all oils, has no cholesterol and no trans-fatty acids.

Boasting a smooth buttery flavour, macadamia oil is perfect for roasting, baking and deep-frying. This premium quality oil can be used as a base for salad dressings, marinades and even a substitute for butter when baking. An important characteristic of this oil is its high smoke point which is between 210C and 234C.
