Pukka's Three Fennel tea is a delicious blend of sweet Turkish fennel seeds, with wild fennel and feathery fennel leaf. Fennel has long been respected for its soothing effect on the digestive system. Fennel leaves have an aromatic flavour, whilst the seeds are quite sweet.

We recommend drinking this tea after meals to soothe and aid digestion! It is caffeine-free so you can enjoy this at anytime of the day!

Directions

Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing in freshly-boiled water for at least 5 minutes.
