Raspberry Spread

Frutteto means 'orchard' in Italian as it is in the Tuscan hills near Florence that we make our healthy jams. We use handpicked, fully ripe, organic raspberries sourced mainly from our local orchards. Of artisan quality, we cook our Raspberry jam gently at low temperature, in small batches to preserve the fresh raspberry flavour, vitamins, minerals, fibre content and aroma. Unlike the traditional way of cooking jams and conserves, which can destroy the goodness with harsh heat. Fresh raspberries are rich in vitamin C, manganese, dietary fibre, in B vitamins, folic acid, copper and iron. They have a high concentration of antioxidants.
