Green Chilli Sauce

The McIlhenny Co. are most famous for their Red Tabasco Sauce. This Green Tabasco sauce is made from mild green jalapeno peppers. The heat from green chillies is milder than red and provides a heat that does not completely obliterate the flavours in a dish.

This Green Tabasco can be used as a condiment as well as an ingredient in cooking. Try adding a few drops to home made Guacamole or into a Thai stir fry. Its flavour suits fish and chicken as well as vegetarian recipes.

Green chilli sauce is a good introduction to chillies for the beginner.
