This breakfast cereal is made from teff, the nutritious grain that is becoming popular in the UK. Teff is an ancient grain that's been eaten in Africa for thousands of years, and is a little similar to a cross between quinoa, millet and rice. These "teffios" come in the shape of little balls naturally packed with protein, energy and fibre.

Ready to eat! Simply serve with milk. This 300g pack will last for 10 to 15 servings (serving size 20-30g).
