They're amazing for adding and enhancing flavour of the sesame seeds themselves and whichever food, or recipe, you may be adding them to. Toasted sesame seeds are ideal for plenty of East Asian recipes, particularly in Japanese cooking - such as our onigiri recipe or our sesame seaweed salad.
