Powdered wasabi mix in a handy resealable tin. Simply prepare as much as you need at a time. Wasabi is mostly used to accompany sushi and sashimi, but can also be added to a dip or dressing for a bit of a kick. If you are a big fan of this type of heat you might like to experiment by stirring some into a noodle dish or stir-fry.
Directions
Add 1 part warm water to 2 parts powder and mix into a paste. Cover and leave for 5 minutes in order to release the full flavour. It is advisable to make the wasabi paste fresh like this for each meal/snack.
