Our yellow mustard seeds are absolutely packed with flavour and have a strong scent as well. This product is perfect for adding to various recipes, especially Indian cuisine, to give a punch of light heat and spice. You can use our yellow mustard seeds to pickle items, such as gherkins and jalapenos. This product can also be used to make your very own homemade mustards, too!
To make mustard: crush these yellow mustard seeds and add lemon juice or vinegar, plus a little water. You can make artisan mustard by also including some whole (not crushed) mustard seeds and some brown mustard seeds. Yellow mustard seeds can also be crushed and added to curries.
